BevReg Alert is an informational subscription service operated by Sugar Island, LLC. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service and scope

Plans provide the coverage described at checkout. You are responsible for selecting the correct jurisdictions and keeping your contact and alert preferences current. We work to identify and summarize relevant developments, but do not promise that every law, rule, notice, or deadline will be identified or delivered before it takes effect.

Coverage depends on your plan and is listed state by state on our coverage page. Federal plan: federal developments. Texas + Federal plan: federal plus Texas developments. Five-State plan: federal plus up to five states you choose from the states we currently monitor. Nationwide and Professional plans: federal plus every state we currently monitor. For each state, the coverage page says whether monitoring is working (the agency's own news, rules or guidance sources are checked on every run), partial (we check narrower sources, such as an agency landing page, a keyword-filtered news feed, the state register or the legislature, so some developments may not be caught), or not yet monitored. Nationwide and Professional do not currently include every state: states marked not yet monitored are not covered until we announce them. We may change the sources we use for a state and will update the coverage page when we do.

Alerts, reports, and summaries are general information, not legal advice or a compliance determination. Review original sources and consult qualified counsel or your regulator before acting on a particular issue.

Billing and renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the rate disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date. Prices are shown before applicable tax; sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, or cancel yourself at any time in the Stripe customer portal linked from our Manage subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid term. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

Delivery and availability

We deliver service by email. Keep your address current and allow our messages through your filters. We may update coverage methods and correct errors. If a material service interruption occurs, contact us for assistance.

Free sample alert and weekly roundup

If you sign up for our free sample alert or weekly roundup, we will email you those messages until you unsubscribe. The free roundup is a selection of developments, not the full alert service, and the same no-legal-advice terms apply.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own business or within the user allowance of your plan. Do not resell, republish, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of our reports without written permission.
